Dr. Tony Dice
Dr. Tony Dice, PhD, CSAC, is a former U.S. Navy SEAL, firefighter, and paramedic who transformed his own battle with addiction into a career helping others navigate trauma, recovery, and major life transitions. A clinical therapist, educator, speaker, and addiction specialist, he works extensively with veterans, first responders, law enforcement, and others in high-stress professions. Dr. Dice developed the Holistic Change Model, which connects principles of 12-step recovery with established therapeutic approaches, and has presented his work at national and international counseling conferences. He is also the author of After the Trident: A Navy SEAL’s Battle with Secrets, Shame, and Addiction, a candid account of his journey through achievement, addiction, recovery, and lasting personal change.
