Alex Johnson
Alex Johnson is a combat veteran, husband, father, and emerging conscious-leadership coach who has spent the last several years redefining what strength and service look like after the military. After retiring from combat arms service, Alex struggled with loss of identity, alcohol dependency, PTSD, and emotional disconnection from his family—until a pivotal moment forced him to surrender control and seek real change.
Through years of intensive therapy, personal development, and conscious leadership work, Alex learned to move from reactive survival mode into intentional living. Today, he focuses on accountability, self-development, and empowering others—especially veterans—to reconnect with purpose, family, and community. Whether mentoring fellow vets, coaching youth athletes, or leading by example at home, Alex believes true leadership begins with vulnerability, discipline, and service to others.
